Position Overview
We are looking for motivated Tarp Assemblers to join our growing team. This role involves assembling and reinforcing heavy-duty tarps made primarily of plastic and nylon, ensuring they meet our high standards for durability and quality. You’ll work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment, with opportunities for growth and skill development.

This role involves assembling and reinforcing heavy-duty tarps made primarily of plastic and nylon, ensuring they meet our high standards for durability and quality. Key Responsibilities
- Assemble tarps ranging from 4’x4’ to 12’x50’ using tools and heat-sealing equipment.
- Use mallets, clamps, and staplers to reinforce edges and secure components.
- Insert metal stays (reinforcements) to provide tarp strength and shape.
- Work collaboratively in two-person teams and follow safety protocols while using high-heat machines (up to 1,100°F).
- Handle larger, heavier tarps, requiring bending and manual dexterity when needed.
Shift Options
- 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM, Monday–Friday
- 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM, Monday–Thursday
- 1:45 PM – 10:45 PM, Monday–Thursday and 1:45 PM – 5:45 PM, Friday
Requirements
- Strong manual dexterity, above-average upper body strength, and large hands are preferred.
- Ability to lift and manipulate heavy materials on and off the worktable.
- Reliable attendance and adherence to workplace safety and dress code (shorts, t-shirts, no steel-toed shoes).
- A team-oriented mindset with a commitment to meeting production deadlines.
