Warehouse Associate/Forklift Operator
Position Overview
We are seeking a Warehouse Associate/Forklift Operator to join our team in a dynamic and small-scale environment. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a sit-down forklift (gas and electric), loading and unloading trucks, and managing materials within the warehouse.
We are seeking a Warehouse Associate/Forklift Operator to join our team in a dynamic and small-scale environment. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a sit-down forklift (gas and electric), loading and unloading trucks, and managing materials within the warehouse.
Additional responsibilities include preparing orders, cutting plastic sheets and rods to specified lengths, and working with a heating table to bend and form materials.

Responsibilities
- Operate sit-down forklifts to move materials to and from staging and shipping areas.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently.
- Use saws to cut plastic sheets and rods to size.
- Work with heating tables to bend and form materials to specifications.
- Prepare orders by working off pick tickets.
- Perform general warehouse duties, including shrink-wrapping as needed.
- Lift materials up to 50 pounds.
Requirements
- Certified forklift operator preferred; strong experience operating sit-down forklifts is required.
- Must speak English and have good attention to detail.
- Ability to count materials accurately and follow pick tickets.
- Prior warehouse experience, including material handling.
- Reliable attendance record and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work without micromanagement in a small team environment.
- Steel-toe boots required; dress code includes jeans and t-shirts.
Schedule
- Monday to Friday: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Compensation
- $16.00 - $18.00 per hour (commensurate with experience)
