? Pay: $16/hour + $1/hour shift differential for 2nd shift

? Job Summary:
We’re looking for a Wire Cutter to join a clean, safety-focused manufacturing facility producing wire harnesses and electronic components for the lawn and garden industry. You'll operate automatic wire-cutting machines, follow detailed instructions, and inspect your work with precision tools. Training is provided, and you’ll work as part of a small, collaborative team.

You'll operate automatic wire-cutting machines, follow detailed instructions, and inspect your work with precision tools. Training is provided, and you’ll work as part of a small, collaborative team.
?️ Responsibilities:
- Set up and run wire-cutting machines
- Follow detailed specs for wire type, cut size, and diameter
- Inspect cut wire using micrometers
- Complete production paperwork for certified products
- Move wire spools (up to 40 lbs) and stay on your feet all shift
- Follow no cell phone/earbud policy on production floor
✅ Requirements:
- 1+ year of manufacturing or machine operation experience
- Strong math skills and ruler reading (1/16")
- Good communication and attention to detail
- Steel toes not required; closed-toe shoes only
- Safety glasses provided
- Must pass 10-panel drug screen and background check

The plant is clean, well-lit, and organized with dedicated areas for each function. It’s a laid-back environment where music plays and employees take turns picking the station. Anti-fatigue mats are provided, and second shift includes a paid lunch break.
