Job Description
Job Title: Mechanical Assembly Technician
Hours & Location:
- Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Cleveland, OH
- No overtime required
Pay & Benefits:
- $17–$20 per hour, based on experience
- Contract-to-hire role with long-term opportunity
- Excellent benefits package upon permanent hire: medical, dental, and 401(k)
Job Responsibilities:
- Assemble small appliances and shrink-wrapping machines used in food packaging
- Use hand and power tools to build components and complete machines
- Follow step-by-step assembly instructions accurately
- Work in a designated station, performing repetitive tasks
- Ensure completed products meet quality and safety standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Required Qualifications:
- Prior hands-on assembly experience in manufacturing
- Ability to read and understand English instructions
- Comfortable with repetitive work and standing for long periods
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Safety glasses required on the job
