A leading distributor of LED lighting products is seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join its manufacturing team. This role involves working on an assembly line, handling basic hand tools, assembling components, and packaging finished products. A leading distributor of LED lighting products is seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join its manufacturing team. This role involves working on an assembly line, handling basic hand tools, assembling components, and packaging finished products. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy hands-on work, this could be a great opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble LED lighting components using basic hand tools
- Work with wires (color-coded; must not be colorblind)
- Pack and stack finished products onto pallets
- Follow safety protocols and quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Perform repetitive tasks while standing for extended periods
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Comfortable working on an assembly line
- Punctual and reliable
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred but not required
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:30 PM (some Saturdays required)
