Now Hiring: Warehouse Associate (Tow Motor Operator) | $18/hr | Contract-to-Hire | Brook Park, OH
Hours & Location
Location: Brook Park, OH
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 1:30 PM – 10:00 PM
Start Time (Day 1): 8:00 AM for orientation, safety videos, and equipment training
Lunch: 30-minute unpaid lunch
Dress Code: Jeans, t-shirt, and steel-toe boots required (safety vest provided)
Location: Brook Park, OH

Pay & Benefits
- Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour
- Contract-to-hire with raise potential after onboarding
- Benefits begin after 60 days, even during the contract period:

Job Responsibilities
This is a fast-paced warehouse role that primarily involves operating a sit-down tow motor. You’ll spend roughly 90% of your time on the equipment. Duties include:
This is a fast-paced warehouse role that primarily involves operating a sit-down tow motor. You’ll spend roughly 90% of your time on the equipment. Duties include:
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Picking product from work orders for outbound shipments
- Staging and labeling incoming and outgoing merchandise
- Shrink-wrapping skids and preparing pallets
- Keeping your area clean and organized
- Lifting up to 50 lbs as needed
Training & Equipment
- No forklift certification required to start — training and certification provided on-site
- First-day orientation includes video-based training, safety instruction, and assessments
Requirements
- Previous sit-down tow motor experience (this is essential)
- Ability to read, write, and follow instructions in English
- Comfortable working in a warehouse setting (hot in summer, cold in winter)
- Strong attention to detail and accountability
