We are hiring dependable individuals for a manufacturing role working with foam materials. This is a contract-to-hire position offering steady hours and the opportunity to grow into a permanent role.
Shift Options
- 1st Shift: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 4:00 PM – 2:30 AM
✔️ 3-day weekends every week
What You’ll Do
- Operate machinery to cut and shape foam products
- Work with equipment such as band saws, slitters, and presses
- Laminate materials using adhesives
- Inspect finished products for quality
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
What We’re Looking For
- Reliable with good attendance
- Comfortable working with machinery
- Basic math skills
- Able to read and write in English
- Team player with problem-solving skills
- Able to stand for long periods
- Lift up to 25 lbs
Work Environment
- Clean manufacturing setting
- Casual dress (jeans, t-shirt, closed-toe shoes)
- Hands-on, active role
