Production Associates – Multiple Openings
Location: Wickliffe, OH
Pay: $18-20/hour + Overtime
Shifts: 8-hour or 12-hour shifts (varies by department)
Job Description
Our client, a global leader in precision manufacturing, is hiring Production Associates to support production of high-quality airfoil castings. These positions offer stable, long-term careers with excellent benefits and opportunities for growth.
Open positions include:
- Dip Utility – Prepare molds for dipping, maintain slurry mixes, operate sanders, sandblast, enter production data, and support robot operators during breaks and absences.
- Sandblaster – Remove ceramic material from alloy castings using manual or automated blasting equipment. Strong visual acuity required; must not be color blind.
- Knockout / Cutout – Remove ceramic material from molds with hammers and cut-off saws, rotate parts for complete cleaning, and complete inspection paperwork. Physically demanding role with excellent growth potential.
- Grain Etch – Operate hoist equipment to immerse castings in acid and water baths, regulate bath temperatures and cycles, rinse and stamp parts, maintain solutions, and keep accurate records.
What You’ll Do
Depending on department, responsibilities may include:
- Preparing, cleaning, and maintaining molds, tools, and castings
- Operating hoists, sandblasters, or cut-off saws
- Following precise instructions, time cycles, and safety standards
- Completing production paperwork and ERP data entry
- Inspecting and documenting each part to ensure quality
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 12+ months of stable manufacturing/industrial experience preferred
- Physical ability: Able to stand for long periods, lift up to 35 lbs., and work in hot/dry environments or confined spaces
- Detail orientation: Accurate paperwork and production tracking
- Shift flexibility: Willing to work overtime and up to 12-hour shifts
- Eligibility: U.S. Citizen with birth certificate

Shift Details
Some shifts follow an Off Work Week (OWW) rotation, with 12-hour shifts:
- 1st shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- 3rd shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Schedule example: Week 1 – Mon, Tue, Sat, Sun; Week 2 – Wed, Thu, Fri (rotates every week, working every other weekend).
