Position Overview:
The Airfoil Braze technician will be trained on an incredibly detailed, multiple step operation. Parts are first cleaned and prepared for treatment. Technician will be trained to mix brazing paste before loading parts into the oven, operating the over per order specification. A visual inspection is performed and results are recorded.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare brazing paste according to order specification
- Rack parts to be loaded into the oven in correct orientation
- Set up oven to correct settings and operate
- Visually inspect parts, recording properties required
- Maintain QC documentation to support regulated industries
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED
- US Citizenship
- 12+ months of Manufacturing experience highly preferred
- Intermediate understanding of Math, including fractions, decimals, and other measurements.
- Ability to work weekends/overtime
