?♂️ Job Title: Mechanical Assembler – Contract-to-Hire (Day Shift)
? Location: Cleveland, OH (near 49th Street & I-480)
? Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

? Job Responsibilities:
You’ll be working in a clean, well-organized assembly area where you’ll build components for shrink wrapping machines and stainless-steel tables. This is hands-on, mechanical work using both hand tools and power tools. You'll follow detailed instructions to ensure each machine or product is assembled accurately.
- Assemble parts and components for small packaging machines
- Use hand and power tools to complete mechanical builds
- Follow work instructions and standard operating procedures
- Read and interpret written directions in English
- Lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation
- Collaborate with team members and follow safety guidelines
✅ Required Qualifications:
- Mechanical assembly or general manufacturing experience is preferred
- Ability to read, understand, and follow written instructions in English
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in a hands-on environment
- Reliable attendance and a good work ethic are a must
- Strong hand-eye coordination and ability to stay focused on repetitive tasks
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Safety glasses required (provided on site)
- Must pass a 5-panel drug screen and background check
