? Job Responsibilities
As a member of the Formed Hose Assembly Team, you’ll be working in teams of three in a clean and safety-focused environment producing fiberglass fluid transmission hoses for major auto manufacturers.
Tasks include:
Removing a small metal clamp from the hose
Blowing air through the hose to clear it
Reattaching a metal piece and cap
Returning completed hoses to a basket for heat processing
Rotating through related tasks as needed (some paperwork included)
Occasionally assisting other departments
Documenting work accurately
Required Qualifications
Above-average hand-eye coordination and hand strength
Able to stand and move for entire 8-hour shifts
Comfortable working in warm and moderately noisy areas
Reliable attendance and commitment to shift schedule
Able to work in a team of three, rotating tasks as needed
Strong focus on quality and process documentation
Willingness to follow strict safety and attendance policies
