Job Description
Job Title: Machine Operator – Spot Welding
Hours & Location:
- Monday–Thursday: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Friday overtime as needed: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Located in North Royalton, OH
Pay & Benefits:
- $18.00 per hour starting pay
- Contract-to-hire position with pay increase upon hire-in
- Benefits after 30 days of permanent hire:
- Medical (90/10 plan)
- 401(k) with 3% match
- Vacation time (1 week), paid holidays
- Bonuses at Thanksgiving and Christmas
- 4-day standard workweek with overtime opportunities on Fridays
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate a spot welding machine to join wire products made from carbon and galvanized steel
- Feed wire by hand into the machine and use a foot pedal to weld
- Stand for entire 10-hour shift while producing custom wire frames
- Lift up to 20 lbs
- Work with sparks generated by the weld process
- Follow all safety protocols and wear required PPE
Required Qualifications:
- Able to speak and understand English
- Strong hand-eye-foot coordination
- Comfortable working with sparks and standing for extended periods
- Entry-level friendly; training provided
- Punctual, reliable, and engaged during shifts
- Open to candidates of all backgrounds and ages (20s–60s currently employed)

These products, similar in appearance to tomato cages, are used to hold filter bags that capture dust and particles in industrial environments.
