Now Hiring: Bead Blast Finishing Operator – Multiple Shifts | Aurora, OH
Available Shifts:
- 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 2:00 PM to 12:30 AM
- Weekend Shift:
- Friday: 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM
- Saturday: 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM
- Sunday: 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM
- Weekend shift is paid for 40 hours while working 36
- Location: Aurora, OH
Pay & Benefits:
- $21 to $22 per hour, based on experience and shift
- Contract-to-hire position with long-term opportunity

Join a well-established and rapidly growing manufacturer as a Bead Blast Finishing Operator. This hands-on role is part of the finishing process, helping prepare components for final coating by cleaning and deburring materials using a bead blasting machine.
Join a well-established and rapidly growing manufacturer as a Bead Blast Finishing Operator. This hands-on role is part of the finishing process, helping prepare components for final coating by cleaning and deburring materials using a bead blasting machine.
Key Responsibilities:
- Load and unload parts into a bead blasting machine
- Operate the machine to clean and smooth components using fine abrasive beads
- Remove debris, rust, and surface contaminants from metal parts
- Inspect cleaned components to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain equipment and keep the work area clean and organized
- Support production schedules and work efficiently with minimal supervision
What You Bring:
- 6 months to 1 year of machine operation or finishing experience required
- Good attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Ability to follow safety procedures and production guidelines
- No blueprint reading or precision measuring tools are required for this role
