Available Shifts:
1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PM
2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 2:00 PM to 12:30 AM
Weekend Shift:
Friday: 12:00 PM to 12:00 AM
Saturday: 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM
Sunday: 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM
Weekend shift is paid for 40 hours while working 36
Location: Aurora, OH
Pay & Benefits:
$21 to $22 per hour, based on experience and shift

Position Overview:
Join a well-established and rapidly growing manufacturer as a Bead Blast Finishing Operator. This hands-on role is part of the finishing process, helping prepare components for final coating by cleaning and deburring materials using a bead blasting machine.
Key Responsibilities:
Load and unload parts into a bead blasting machine
Operate the machine to clean and smooth components using fine abrasive beads
Remove debris, rust, and surface contaminants from metal parts
Inspect cleaned components to ensure quality standards are met
Maintain equipment and keep the work area clean and organized
Support production schedules and work efficiently with minimal supervision
What You Bring:
6 months to 1 year of machine operation or finishing experience required
Good attention to detail and ability to work independently
Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs
Ability to follow safety procedures and production guidelines
No blueprint reading or precision measuring tools are required for this role
