? Job Responsibilities:
Set up and operate Haas CNC lathes (ST-30/ST-25) and vertical mills (VF-4)
Write, edit, and troubleshoot G-code programs for various machining operations
Perform tooling setups, machine offsets, and load programs
Conduct first-piece and in-process inspections using precision measuring tools
Monitor and optimize machine performance for quality and efficiency
Maintain accurate production records and setup documentation
Perform daily maintenance and cleaning to keep machines in top shape
Collaborate with engineers, quality inspectors, and fellow machinists to resolve issues and improve output
Adhere to strict safety protocols and company policies (zero-tolerance drug screening environment)
? Required Qualifications:
2+ years of hands-on experience operating Haas CNC machines (lathes and/or mills)
Strong knowledge of G-code programming and CNC controls
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T
Experience with multi-axis machining and complex part geometries
Familiarity with precision measurement tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges)
Basic CAM software experience (e.g., Mastercam, Fusion 360) is a plus
High school diploma or GED required; CNC certification or technical training preferred
