Hours & Location
Location: Aurora, OH (assignment to one of three nearby facilities determined upon hire)
Shifts Available:
1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM
Weekend Shift: Friday 2:00 PM – 2:00 AM, Saturday & Sunday 11:00 AM – 11:00 PM
Start Date: ASAP
Lunch/Breaks: 30-minute unpaid lunch
Dress Code: Steel-toed boots, jeans, and a shirt
Pay & Benefits
Hourly Rate: $20–$24, depending on experience
Contract-to-hire with raise potential upon full-time hire

Job Responsibilities
As a CNC Laser Operator, you will be responsible for producing sheet metal parts using a laser/punch combination machine. This is a hands-on production role in a clean, fast-paced environment. Core responsibilities include:
Loading and unloading sheet metal into CNC laser machines
Pulling and executing nested programs for part runs
Labeling and cataloging completed parts
Performing daily startup/shutdown of the machine
Cleaning and lubricating tools and maintaining lenses
Managing assist gas supply and remnant shelving
Conducting visual inspections to ensure part quality
Performing light machine troubleshooting and edits to programs as needed
Required Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of CNC laser or related machine operation experience
Ability to read mechanical prints and part drawings
Proficient with measuring tools such as calipers
Comfortable navigating and modifying machine programs
Basic PC skills for data entry and machine logging
Preferred Experience
Prior experience with laser cutting machines, automation, or punch press
Familiarity with industrial fabrication environments
Physical Requirements
Able to stand for full shift durations
Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs
Visual acuity to read prints, operate equipment, and inspect parts
Pre-Employment Requirements
Must pass a 5-panel drug screen
No felony convictions within the past 7 years
