Hours & Shifts
Location: Wickliffe, OH
Shifts Available:
1st Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
2nd Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Optional “Off Work Week” Schedule: 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) rotating days/weekends
Pay & Structure
Base Pay: $18.00/hour
Shift Premium: Additional $2.10/hour for 2nd and 3rd shifts
Contract-to-hire after 90 calendar days
30-minute unpaid lunch (becomes paid once hired in)

Job Summary
This is a physically demanding, detail-oriented role in a high-precision aerospace production environment. As a Dip Utility team member, you will work directly with advanced mold prep and coating systems for aerospace castings.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare molds for robot dipping using manual washing and setup processes
Operate sandblasting equipment, rotary and Shell-O-Matic sanders
Remove scrap from slurry mixes and etch tanks
Maintain and clean the dip room, mold prep area, and ceramic storage
Perform data entry and verify order accuracy in ERP systems
Notify process control teams when issues arise
Enter production data and complete paperwork accurately
Train to relieve robot operators and foundry workers for breaks and coverage
Become licensed to operate a tow motor (training provided)
Required Qualifications
Minimum 12 months of stable manufacturing or industrial experience
Must be able to stand, bend, lift, and work in hot/dry conditions
Comfortable working in confined spaces
Capable of working up to 12-hour shifts
Detail-oriented with the ability to follow complex work instructions
Must be a U.S. citizen with a valid birth certificate or passport and high school diploma on Day 1 – no exceptions
Open to working overtime and weekends
