Pay: $17.50 per hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable Rubber Extrusion Operator to hand-feed material into an extrusion machine. This position plays a key role in maintaining steady production flow and ensuring quality rubber products.
We are seeking a reliable Rubber Extrusion Operator to hand-feed material into an extrusion machine. This position plays a key role in maintaining steady production flow and ensuring quality rubber products.
Responsibilities:
- Hand-feed raw rubber material into the extrusion machine
- Monitor material flow and extrusion process
- Perform basic quality checks on extruded product
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Follow all safety and production procedures
- Assist with other production tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift and handle rubber materials as required
- Strong attention to detail
- Dependable attendance and punctuality
- Prior manufacturing or extrusion experience is a plus, but not required
Work Environment:
- Manufacturing/production setting
- Exposure to machinery, noise, and industrial materials
