Champion Personnel is seeking a motivated and professional Entry-Level Administrative Assistant to join our Mentor office! This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career in office administration and staffing.
Position Details
- Full-time opportunity
- Pay $16-$20 BOE
- Monday–Friday schedule 8am to 4:30pm
- Competitive pay based on experience
- Friendly and fast-paced office environment
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and greet applicants/customers
- Schedule interviews and assist with onboarding paperwork
- Enter and update employee information in the system
- Assist recruiters and office staff with daily administrative tasks
- Maintain organized files and office records
- Provide excellent customer service to applicants and clients
Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office, email, data entry)
- Professional attitude and dependable work ethic
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous office or customer service experience is a huge plus!
- Clean background and Drug screen
