Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our busy and growing team. The role involves pulling orders, labeling boxes, and packing products. This is a hands-on position that requires lift truck experience (certification will be provided). The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse experience and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Attention to detail and a strong work ethic are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pull orders manually using a lift truck (no RF scanners; standard paper and pencil).
- Label and pack products into boxes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Ensure accuracy in orders to prevent production delays.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to meet daily production goals.
Requirements:
- Previous warehouse experience is required.
- Lift truck experience preferred (certification provided after hire).
- Ability to lift 35-40 lbs and stand for the entire shift.
- Strong attention to detail and reliable attendance.
- Must be a team player with a good work ethic.
