Job Description
Job Title: General Labor / Utility – Light Manufacturing
Hours & Location:
- 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
- Located in Oberlin, OH
Pay & Benefits:
- $16.50 per hour starting pay
- Temp-to-hire position
- Benefits upon hire-in
- Opportunities for cross-training in multiple production areas
Job Responsibilities:
- Work in the finishing area of the shop, rotating between departments as needed
- Operate automated packing machines or manually pack products into boxes
- Dump product into hopper, monitor machine output, tape boxes, and stage for shipping
- Assemble products by hand or on a machine, adding washers and o-rings to parts
- Operate sealant machines to apply protective coatings against leaks and corrosion
- Perform light lifting of small parts and components
- Maintain an organized and safe work area
Required Qualifications:
- Good attention to detail and ability to work in both sitting and standing positions
- Open to cross-training and helping in different departments
- Able to work in a small-shop environment and get along well with others
- Honest and dependable with a solid work ethic
- Comfortable working in both hot and cold environments
- Tow motor experience a plus, but not required

Work is light and detail-oriented, with a mix of automated and manual tasks. Break areas are comfortable, and the shop values teamwork, flexibility, and steady effort without micromanagement.
