Champion Personnel is hiring for American Coil Processing, a growing steel processing company on Cleveland’s east side!
? Pay: $19–$20/hr
? Location: Cleveland, OH (East Side)
? Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM
? Type: Contract-to-Hire (with room for advancement!)

American Coil Processing is a busy steel slitting operation working with stainless, aluminum, titanium, and carbon steel. They’re expanding and investing in their equipment and team—great opportunity to grow with them!

? What You’ll Do:
- Band and prepare steel coils for shipment
- Apply waterproof covers and shrink wrap materials
- Count and verify orders for accuracy
- Move finished product to staging area
- Assist slitting operators as needed
- Keep work area clean and organized
? Requirements:
- Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred
- Tow motor & overhead crane experience required
- Ability to lift 50–60 lbs
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a loud, industrial environment
- Willingness to work overtime and early hours
? Work Environment:
- Very physical role
- Hot in summer, cold in winter (fans/heaters provided)
- Tight-knit team atmosphere
? Dress Code: Jeans, t-shirt, steel toe boots
