Position Overview
We are looking for a dependable Grinder / Metal Finisher to work in the production area. This role focuses on smoothing, grinding, and polishing metal components used in manufacturing equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Use hand grinders to smooth edges and surfaces on aluminum and metal parts
- Polish finished pieces to meet quality standards
- Inspect parts for defects and ensure proper finish
- Perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
Requirements
- Previous manufacturing and grinding experience required
- Ability to perform repetitive work consistently
- Attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Work Environment
- Extremely clean facility
- Safety glasses required (provided)
- Casual dress code: jeans, t-shirt, closed-toe shoes
- Team-oriented production setting
