Job Description
Rubber Mill Worker – Chardon, OH
Champion Personnel is hiring Rubber Mill Workers for a manufacturing company in Chardon, Ohio. This is a temporary-to-hire position (60 days) with the opportunity to be hired into the union after the probationary period.
Shift Options
- Night Shift: 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM
- Schedule: Sunday – Wednesday
Pay
- Night Shift: $23.88 per hour
Job Duties
- Operate rubber mill equipment used to process and mix rubber materials
- Feed rubber compounds into milling machines
- Monitor equipment and adjust materials as needed
- Inspect rubber materials for quality and consistency
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all company safety and production procedures
Requirements
- Previous rubber manufacturing experience required
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Clean criminal background
- Must be able to pass a drug screen
