Job Title: Industrial Spray Painter / Coater
Location & Hours:
Cleveland, OH (West Side)
Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Contract-to-hire position
Pay & Benefits:
$20–$23 per hour, based on experience
Pay increase upon permanent hire, plus annual reviews and raises

Job Responsibilities:
Prepare steel surfaces for painting, identifying dents or imperfections that need extra prep
Mask parts prior to coating
Apply primer and finish coats using a spray gun in a spray booth
Mix various paints to required specifications
Operate sit-down forklift to move steel structures
Measure accurately with tape measure and ruler
Perform occasional grinding using hand-held grinders
Maintain clean and organized work areas
Inspect and maintain spray equipment for proper operation
Lift up to 50 lbs by hand
Required Qualifications:
1–3 years of spray gun painting experience (industrial or auto body shop experience a plus)
Ability to read and use measuring devices accurately (tape measure/ruler test at interview)
Able to stand for extended periods and prioritize tasks effectively
Basic hand and power tool skills, plus troubleshooting ability
Forklift operation experience
High school diploma or GED
Steel toe boots required
