Job Title: MIG Welder

$21 per hour, with weekly pay

Job Responsibilities:
Perform MIG welding on mid- to heavy-gauge steel components
Carry out basic repairs to various metal parts as needed
Work from schematics and prints to complete jobs accurately
Operate MIG welding equipment safely and effectively
Inspect welds for defects and ensure quality standards are met
Lift up to 50 lbs. by hand as required
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of MIG welding experience
Ability to read and interpret prints and schematics
Strong measuring skills and attention to detail
Willingness to work in both hot and cold environments
Team-oriented attitude, able to get along with others on the shop floor
Must pass a weld test at time of interview (bring your own welding helmet)

This is a busy, family-owned manufacturing and repair facility specializing in roll-off containers, front loaders, and back loaders. The shop has 18 welding stations, sandblasting, and painting capabilities. The company values honesty, hard work, and team spirit
