Job Description
Job Title: MIG Welder
Hours & Location:
- Monday–Friday: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- Saturday: 6:00 AM – 12:00 PM (as needed)
- Located in Cleveland, OH
Pay & Benefits:
- $21 per hour, with weekly pay
- Contract-to-hire opportunity with pay raises for strong performers
- Medical insurance, paid vacation, and standard paid holidays upon hire-in

Job Responsibilities:
- Perform MIG welding on mid- to heavy-gauge steel components
- Carry out basic repairs to various metal parts as needed
- Work from schematics and prints to complete jobs accurately
- Operate MIG welding equipment safely and effectively
- Inspect welds for defects and ensure quality standards are met
- Lift up to 50 lbs. by hand as required
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of MIG welding experience
- Ability to read and interpret prints and schematics
- Strong measuring skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to work in both hot and cold environments
- Team-oriented attitude, able to get along with others on the shop floor
- Must pass a weld test at time of interview (bring your own welding helmet)

This is a busy, family-owned manufacturing and repair facility specializing in roll-off containers, front loaders, and back loaders. The shop has 18 welding stations, sandblasting, and painting capabilities. The company values honesty, hard work, and team spirit
