- Monday through Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Overtime available on Saturdays: 7:00 AM – 12:00 PM
- Indoor manufacturing environment in a clean, laid-back shop setting
Pay & Benefits
- $22–$25 per hour, based on experience
- Weekly pay during the contract period

Job Responsibilities
- Set up drilling machines and knee mills to run parts according to blueprints
- Work with bar stock raw materials and produce finished components
- Perform morning machine checks to ensure equipment is safe and operational
- Run short production batches (typically 10–12 parts at a time)
- Inspect finished parts and complete in-process quality checks
- Use measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers to verify specifications
- Transport finished parts to the assembly area
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Required Qualifications
- Previous machine operation experience, preferably with set-ups
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Comfortable using precision measuring devices (micrometers and calipers)
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable attendance and ability to work overtime when needed
- Comfortable standing in one area for extended periods
- Ability to lift light materials as needed
