Champion Personnel is hiring for a long-standing manufacturer of specialized materials used in electric motors and industrial applications!
? Pay: $17/hr
? Location: Cleveland, OH (West Side)
? Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
? Type: Contract-to-Hire

? What You’ll Do:
- Operate laminating, grinding, and lay machines
- Assist with pressing, cutting, and finishing materials
- Work with specialized materials used in electrical components
- Perform general shop floor duties as needed
? Requirements:
- Manufacturing or plant experience preferred
- Machine operation experience is a plus (will train!)
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and work in a team environment
- Ability to work 10-hour shifts and occasional overtime
? Work Environment:
- Small shop setting
- Hands-on, physical work
- Opportunity to learn multiple machines
? Dress Code: Jeans, t-shirt, steel toe boots
