Job Title: Coating Machine Operator
Pay & Benefits: $20-21/hour to start. Contract-to-hire opportunity with a clear training path into a long-term role. After hire-in, the company offers quarterly bonus potential ($100–$450), perfect-attendance incentives (1 vacation day per quarter), and a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance ($20K), 401(k) with company match, paid holidays, and paid vacation. Uniform available if desired; casual dress and an optional one-earbud music policy.
Hours & Location: Strongsville, OH area.
Training (about 3 months): Tuesday–Friday, 6:00am–4:00pm.
After training: 12-hour rotating schedule on days (5:45am–6:00pm) or nights (6:00pm–5:45am). Includes a 45-minute lunch.

Example of schedule: Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday Week 2 Wednesday and Thursday and then back to the Week 1 schedule.
Job Responsibilities:
Operate coating equipment that applies inks/coatings to rolled metal (coil) materials
Use a 2-ton hoist to load/unload coils; assist with machine set-ups as you learn the process
Visually monitor the line during production and notify a lead if adjustments are needed (training provided over time)
Verify production order details, complete quality checks, and maintain log sheets
Keep machines and work area clean, organized, and safe; pitch in where needed
Required Qualifications:
Manufacturing and/or machine operator experience (tow motor/forklift experience is a plus; training/certification provided)
Ability to follow detailed work instructions
Comfortable standing and moving throughout the shift; able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in hot/cold areas with some odors
Strong attendance, on-time mindset, and able to work without constant supervision
Pre-Employment & Hiring Process: Background check and drug screen required. Interview and plant tour prior to start.
