Pay Rate: $25 - $35/hr (DOE)

About the Role
A leading manufacturer of airfoil castings for the aerospace and gas turbine industries is seeking an Industrial Maintenance Technician to join its team. This is a contract-to-hire position with a 90-day evaluation period.
The Maintenance Technician will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plant equipment, including furnaces, cranes, robotic systems, finishing equipment, and other industrial machinery.
Responsibilities include:
- Performing preventative maintenance and equipment repairs (mechanical, electrical up to 480v, pneumatic, and hydraulic).
- Working with HVAC/forced air systems, pipefitting, and conduit installation.
- Maintaining work order logs and keeping the maintenance shop organized.
- Operating in a high-heat, industrial setting with mandatory overtime.
Qualifications
- Experience in industrial maintenance (HVAC, electrical, pipefitting, etc.).
- Electrical knowledge (3-phase / 480v exposure) preferred.
- PLC repair experience (training available if needed).
- Ability to lift, bend, crawl into confined spaces, and work in hot environments.
- US Citizenship required (must present birth certificate or passport and HS diploma on the first day).
- Must be reliable, willing to work 12-hour shifts, and open to overtime.
Schedule & Work Environment
- Rotating schedule (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM & 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
- Example: Week 1 (Mon-Tue, Sat-Sun), Week 2 (Wed-Thu-Fri), alternating weekly.
- Steel-toed boots required; uniforms provided after permanent hire.
