Job Title: Industrial Maintenance – First Shift (Contract-to-Hire) 
Location: Cleveland, OH (Rocky River Drive)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Pay: $30.00 per hour
Job Responsibilities:
As the Maintenance Supervisor, you'll play a critical role in keeping daily operations running smoothly by overseeing and performing maintenance on essential machinery and facility systems. Typical duties include:
  • Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing plant machinery, including CNC Plasma and Water Jet Cutting Machines.
  • Performing preventative maintenance checks and documenting service.
  • Conducting daily walk-throughs to monitor equipment conditions and consult with machine operators.
  • Replenishing inventory for maintenance-related supplies.
  • Reading and interpreting mechanical and electrical blueprints accurately.
  • Using hand and power tools with confidence and precision.
  • Handling everyday repairs and ensuring all systems are functioning efficiently after service.
  • Assisting with facility-related maintenance (e.g., tow motors and shop floor systems).
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience maintaining manufacturing equipment in an industrial setting.
  • Strong knowledge of both mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Proficient with blueprints, tools, and diagnostic techniques.
  • Excellent attention to detail and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs by hand.
  • Comfortable standing, bending, and moving throughout the day.
  • A proven self-starter with excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to interact effectively with plant staff and office personnel.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).
  • Must pass a 5-panel drug screen and background check.
