- Additional $0.50 per hour upon hire
- Additional $0.50 per hour after 60 days

Position Overview
Chardon Custom Polymer is seeking dependable individuals to join our team as Union Rubber Mill Operators. This position involves working in a manufacturing environment processing and handling rubber materials used in custom polymer production. Candidates must be able to work safely in a fast-paced industrial setting and follow all company and union work rules.
Responsibilities
- Operate and assist with rubber milling and processing equipment
- Handle, move, and process rubber materials as directed
- Monitor product quality and production standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
- Work effectively as part of a manufacturing team
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Ability to work a 10-hour overnight shift
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 75 lbs. throughout the shift
- Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Steel-toe shoes or boots required
