Job Description
Champion Personnel is currently seeking a Rubber Injection Press Operator for a manufacturing facility in Chardon, Ohio. Starting Pay: $22.35/hr (pay increase after 6 weeks) Shift: 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM Schedule: Sunday – Wednesday This position is temporary for 45 days, after which qualified employees will be hired directly into the union. Requirements: • Must have recent factory/manufacturing experience • Rubber or plastic injection molding experience preferred • Stable work history – no job hoppers • Must be able to stand for the entire shift • Must be able to bend frequently throughout the shift • Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs regularly • Must be able to work in a hot manufacturing environment This is a great opportunity to get into a union position with competitive pay and scheduled increases.
