Press Brake Operator – Weekend Shift

A growing advanced power systems manufacturer in Aurora, Ohio is looking for an experienced Press Brake Operator to join their fabrication team. This company produces high-reliability power distribution equipment used by data centers, financial institutions, and major technology companies worldwide.
This is a great opportunity for someone with press brake experience looking to work with modern equipment in a stable, growing industry.
Schedule
Weekend Shift (On-Site in Aurora, OH)
- Fridays 2pm to 2am, Saturdays and Sundays 11am to 11pm. Work 36 hours, Paid for 40!
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and produce parts using press brake machines
- Set up machines according to production drawings and specifications
- Work with production engineering to load and run machine programs
- Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards
- Separate, label, and catalog completed components
- Perform daily machine start-up, shutdown, and cleanup procedures
- Maintain and lubricate tooling
- Keep the surrounding work area clean and organized
- Monitor raw material levels and production flow
Qualifications
- 2+ years of Press Brake experience required
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and blueprints
- Experience using measuring tools such as calipers
- Ability to understand and modify machine programs
- Basic computer skills for logging and editing
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CNC or technical machining training is a plus
