Job Description
Job Title: Production Operator – Powder Coating Materials
Hours & Location:
- 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- 3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 10:45 PM – 7:15 AM
- Strongsville, OH
Pay & Benefits:
- $18.56 per hour starting pay
- Contract-to-hire role with pay raise upon hire-in

Job Responsibilities:
- Operate mixers, extruders, and other production equipment for powder coating materials
- Empty bags of powder into machines and monitor operations
- Use a walk-behind pallet jack to transport materials to proper machines
- Palletize finished products for shipment
- Clean and wash machines after each job
- Fill product containers according to batch tickets and ensure accurate labeling
- Lift up to 55 lbs as needed
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Good physical condition; able to lift, bend, and climb stairs
- Strong hand-eye coordination and mechanical aptitude
- Able to work in a team and get along with others
- Comfortable wearing steel toe boots and following all safety guidelines
