Hours & Location
Location: North Ridgeville, OH
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 5:50 AM – 4:20 PM (Overtime possible on Fridays)
Lunch/Breaks: 30-minute unpaid lunch + two 10-minute paid breaks
Dress Code: Jeans, t-shirt, and closed-toe shoes
Pay & Benefits
Starting Pay: $17.50 per hour
Contract-to-hire with pay increases after hire
Raise of $1/hr upon hire, plus quarterly raises of $0.50 (top-out at $21/hr)
Full benefits package begins 30 days after permanent hire, including:

Job Responsibilities
This is a dual-area production role in a growing, established manufacturing environment. Core tasks include:
Ignitor Assembly Area (2-person team):
Assembling parts such as gaskets, back plates, springs, and screws
Using hand tools for light mechanical assembly
Following quotas with a goal of 500+ units per day (after training)
Working independently with reference instructions
Packing Area (solo role):
Packing motors and pumps into boxes
Building and labeling boxes
Following packing specifications and maintaining efficiency
Optional Growth Path:
Once established in the role, high-performing individuals may be trained in Sub-Assembly, working on:
Integrating ignitors, pumps, and control switches into burner assemblies
Participating in basic product testing
Required Qualifications
Ability to stand for the full shift and handle repetitive tasks
Comfortable working independently and in small teams
Able to read and understand English instructions
Manual dexterity and basic hand tool familiarity
Assembly or packing experience is a plus

3 no-call/no-shows
6 or more tardies
