Job Title: Quality Control Inspector (Precision Machining)
Pay & Benefits: $20–$25/hr (based on experience)
Medical, dental, and vision available after 60 days on payroll

Hours & Location: Monday–Friday, 6:00am–2:30pm (Euclid, OH 44132)
Lunch: 30 minutes
Contract-to-Hire Path: Contract-to-hire opportunity with long-term stability in a precision machining environment.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform first-article, in-process, and final inspections on machined parts
Use calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other measuring tools to verify tight tolerances
Read and interpret blueprints to confirm specs and identify defects
Complete inspection reports, document rework, and enter results into a quality database
Work closely with the Quality Manager to support production accuracy and consistency
Lift/move parts up to 40 lbs as needed; stand, bend, and stay active throughout the shift
Required Qualifications:
1.5–3 years of quality inspection experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong blueprint reading skills and confidence with precision measuring devices
Solid shop math, attention to detail, and logical problem-solving
Comfortable with computers and data entry; able to read/write English clearly
Reliable communicator who can multitask in a fast-paced shop
GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) experience - preferred, but not required
Work Environment:
This is a relatively clean, well-lit precision machining job shop producing bushings, bearings, pins, and shafts. You’ll be part of a team that takes quality seriously—your approval is the final step before parts ship.
