- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
- 2nd Shift: 2:15 PM – 12:45 AM
Pay & Benefits:
- Starting Pay: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour, based on experience and shift
- $1.50/hour shift differential for 2nd shift
- Contract-to-hire opportunity
- Pay increase upon hire, with additional raises at 1-year and 2-year milestones

Job Responsibilities:
This is a hands-on, detail-focused quality inspection role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Duties include:
This is a hands-on, detail-focused quality inspection role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Duties include:
- Conducting first-piece, in-process, and final inspections on all parts produced
- Reading and interpreting blueprints to confirm dimensions and tolerances
- Using micrometers, calipers, and other precision measuring tools
- Collecting and documenting quality data for all inspected parts
- Communicating with production supervisors and the quality manager
- Ensuring compliance with customer specifications and internal standards
- Standing for extended periods and performing repetitive measurement tasks
- Entering inspection results into a computer system accurately
Required Qualifications:
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints proficiently
- Working knowledge of measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to stand for a full shift and lift up to 40 lbs if necessary
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication
- Must be fluent in English (reading and writing)
- Must pass a measurement test during the interview process
