Job Title: Warehouse Associate – Shipping & Receiving (Forklift/Overhead Crane)

Pay & Benefits: $19–$22/hour (based on experience and shift). Contract-to-hire role with a clear path to direct hire for strong safety, attendance, and performance—pay is reviewed at hire-in. Once hired in, benefits include medical and dental insurance, 401(k) with up to 6% match, life insurance, 5 paid sick days, and 10 vacation days in year one.

Hours & Location: Strongsville, OH

Mon–Fri 3:00pm–11:30pm
Mon–Fri 6:00pm–2:30am
Overtime may be available.

Job Responsibilities:

Pick, pack, and stage steel/metal products for customer orders (including breaking down bulk bundles)
Unload/load trucks and verify outbound loads are accurate
Process incoming/outgoing inventory, complete shipping paperwork, and track orders in SAP/inventory software
Inspect received material for defects and confirm counts
Safely operate sit-down forklifts, side-loaders, and overhead cranes
Measure material with a tape measure and assist with cutting steel to length using a CNC band saw

You’ll be working in a busy steel warehouse/shipping environment where attention to detail and safe material handling matter every day.

Required Qualifications:

Prior warehouse, shipping & receiving, order picking, or forklift operator experience
Comfortable with physical work (standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs.)
Able to read a tape measure and use basic computer systems
Reliable transportation and consistent attendance
Steel toe boots required (jeans/t-shirt dress code; safety glasses used on the floor)
