- 12-Hour Rotating Schedule (2-2-3 pattern):
- Day Shift: 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM
- Night Shift: 6:30 PM – 6:30 AM
- Set schedule with built-in days off; ideal for those seeking full-time hours with less commuting
? Pay & Direct Hire Details:
- Starting Pay: $18.00/hour
- Direct Hire Opportunity: Skip the temp-to-hire route—this is a direct hire with full benefits
- Annual reviews and raises
- Bonus opportunities based on production
- Pay advance option via debit card available before payday
? Job Responsibilities:
- Operate automated filling equipment to package plastic pellets and powders
- Prepare boxes, ensure correct fill, and seal for shipment
- Move materials with a tow motor (forklift); prior experience is preferred
- Perform warehouse cleaning, sweeping, and other support tasks during downtime
- Work in an environment with dust and plastic odors (not overpowering but noticeable)
- Must be comfortable with physical work and repetitive tasks
✅ Required Qualifications:
- Comfortable working in a dusty, industrial environment
- Able to stand for long periods, use your hands for equipment operation, and lift as needed
- Tow motor experience is highly preferred
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently and as a team
- Must pass a 10-panel drug screen
- Felonies reviewed case-by-case (Second chance employer)
- Safety gear includes steel toe boots, earplugs, and safety glasses
