? Job Title: Warehouse Production Associate – Plastic Compounding Facility (Direct Hire)
? Location & Shift Schedule:
Streetsboro, OH

- Day Shift: 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM (2-2-3 rotating schedule) Need to hire 2!
- Night Shift: 6:30 PM – 6:30 AM (2-2-3 rotating schedule) Need to hire 2!
Must be open to working a 2-2-3 schedule (every other weekend off).
? Pay & Benefits:
- Starting Pay: $18.00 per hour
- Direct hire with pay increases and annual performance reviews

? Job Responsibilities:
As a Warehouse Production Associate, your daily tasks will include:
As a Warehouse Production Associate, your daily tasks will include:
- Operating automatic filling machines to produce plastic pellets and powders
- Preparing, filling, closing, and moving product boxes with the use of a tow motor
- Performing general warehouse duties during downtime, including cleaning and sweeping
- Monitoring machines and ensuring a consistent flow of product
- Adhering to safety standards and wearing required PPE (earplugs and safety glasses)
? Required Qualifications:
- Previous tow motor or forklift experience preferred but not required
- Must not be sensitive to dust or plastic-related odors
- Comfortable working in a dusty, industrial setting
- Ability to lift and move boxes and materials (not specified, but physical labor is involved)
- Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team
- Strong hands and good manual dexterity
- Ability to pass a 10-panel drug screen (THC is ok!)
- Felony-friendly workplace (evaluated case-by-case)
