Hours & Location
Location: Aurora, OH (final building assigned after hire; employer has three facilities within 2 miles)
1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
2nd Shift: Monday–Thursday, 2:00 PM – 12:30 AM
Start Date: ASAP
Dress Code: Steel-toed boots required. Jeans, t-shirt, and safety glasses acceptable.
Pay & Benefits
Pay Rate: $20–$22 per hour, depending on experience
Contract-to-hire role with raises upon permanent hire

Job Responsibilities
As a Wiring Assembler, you’ll help build electrical systems by assembling wire harnesses and subassemblies. Your daily work will include:
Assembling small electronic components using instructions and hand tools
Final assembly of wire harnesses using cable ties, lacing, sleeves, and conduits
Inspecting and measuring parts for quality compliance
Sorting, labeling, and packaging completed assemblies
Maintaining a clean, organized workspace and caring for hand tools
Performing basic testing using tools like continuity or cable testers
Collaborating with supervisors to improve processes and efficiency
Required Qualifications
Prior experience with wiring, electronics, or electrical assembly
Ability to read and follow simple assembly diagrams and work instructions
Familiarity with hand tools and simple electrical test equipment
Ability to use calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring tools
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Must pass a 5-panel drug screen and a background check (no felonies within the last 7 years)
Preferred Experience
Assembling wire harnesses or electronic modules
Basic understanding of electricity
Comfortable working with very small parts and tools
Physical Requirements
Must be able to use hands/fingers for small, detailed assembly work
Able to sit for long periods and perform fine motor tasks
Visual acuity to read and inspect assemblies accurately
Workplace & Culture
This is a fast-paced, clean, and organized manufacturing environment with modern equipment including robotics, lasers, and high-speed cutting tools. Facilities total over 30,000 sq. ft., and most products are custom-built enclosures roughly 6–8 feet tall. The production process includes wiring, assembly, inspection, and testing.
